Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2  business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special sales events may lead to longer shipping times, at the discretion of Voocoo.pet In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers in the event a product is returned.

Voocoo will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.

Free standard shipping is available on Voocoo.pet. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges may be added for shipping addresses in remote locations.
